Taheel is an interactive smart channel provided by Dubai Municipality as a supportive step towards its efforts for environmental conservation and community service incorporation with Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian and Charity Establishment. This application enables community members and businesses to register donation requests and be aware of the available collection points and delivery options available. On the other hand, it enables the authorized parties; who meets the requesting conditions; to request these refurbished devices. Service included are: 1. Donating Devices: to register donation requests and identify the collection points and delivery options for device which can be donated such as (personal computers, printers, any other digital device) 2. Requesting Refurbished Devices: to request refurbished devices for establishments inside and outside UAE. 3. Request for Technical Training: to request a technical training sessions for specified authorities in the community 4.
